Kind Regards

An independent fashion brand. Clothing, objects and accessories grounded in research into behaviour.

01

The project

Kind Regards takes its name from a formal sign-off and brings it into everyday gestures: listening, observing and choosing when to speak. Instinct and discipline coexist. The project looks at restraint in relationships, attention and loyalty to people.

Its research draws on history, language and social rituals. Chivalry, the Galateo and the dandy’s intellectual independence meet present-day questions: constant exposure, lost attention and the difficulty of recognising the worth of others.

These themes take shape in clothing and accessories that express belonging. Simple forms, materials that age well, minimal details. Graphics inform and explain, making the project’s code readable.

Conduct

How we enter, listen and choose when to speak.

Restraint

Giving people space without needing to occupy every conversation.

Loyalty

Commitment to people and the time shared with them.

Error

Recognising what needs correcting and continuing to learn.

From the manifesto

Kind Regards is a way of standing on the threshold: steady, present, in no hurry to enter and with no need to leave.

Kind is kindness without submission. The blade that stays in its sheath. A quiet voice that makes you come closer to listen. The choice to keep out of the fight, to use words carefully, to hold your ground when it would be easy to overturn the table.

Kind Regards is a code of conduct: respect where there is substance, independence in the face of judgement, loyalty to people more than to fashions, continuity when others turn their attention elsewhere.

Kind Regards is the stride of someone who knows where to go, the gaze of someone who has no need to persuade, the presence of someone who does not explain.
